Policies

Warranty

Limited warranty.  MFI LEDS / MFI PRODUCTS warrants that products sold hereunder, if maintained and operated under normal conditions shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.  Some items may contain longer manufactures warranties.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Please include a written explanation and contact phone number where we may be able to reach you.  No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by MFI LEDS / MFI PRODUCTS is only subject to manufactures warranty, if any, and are subject to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of the merchandise.  Customer, however, will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.  No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims.  Please note: if the item is tested and found not to be defective, the customer will be charged a $10,00 fee to re-ship the item.  Therefore we encourage you to work with us to troubleshoot the problem before sending the item back.

30 Day Return / Exchange Policy

All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of shipment.  In order for your return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition (No Damage).  No refund or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been instalLED, mounted, scratched defaced or damaged during installation. Returns must be sent freight pre-paid, and insured by the customer.  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation.  All refunds will be paid by company check.  Please include a description of your claim, your shipping address, and a contact phone number with your return.  MFI wants you the customer to be satisfied.  Please contact by e-mail or telephone for any questions.

Privacy Policy

MFI LEDS does not sell or in any way distribute its customers financial, credit card, or personal banking information.  This information will always remain confidential.

Shipping Policy

Your merchandise will be shipped via standard UPS ground unless special order shipping is requested.  UPS charges a $10.00 re-route fee for incorrect address.  If you enter your address incorrectly, and this results in a UPS re-route, your order will be subject to an additional charge.  If a customer calls UPS and makes changes to the original ship to address, any resulting UPS re-route, or UPS surcharges will be added to the customers order and bilLED to the original customer.

MFI LEDS / MFI PRODUCTS liability is limited to the replacement of the item(s) purchased.

Unless otherwise noted, all items are not DOT approved and are for off road and show use.  Check your local state laws regarding the use of LED accent lighting while using your vessel or vehicle.  Some states do not allow the use of colored lighting during boat and vehicle use.
